This is perhaps the worst experience in so many years of my travel, spanning over over three decades. Not only, I was not provided the room of my choice in the first instance, despite having got the email confirmation of my booking, more than one month back. To add to my woes, I was not allowed to consume the restaurant food in my room. To add insult to injury, I was not able to make the online transaction, despite trying three cards from three different banks. If that was not enough, I was threatened that the non-payment would be brought to the notice of my organisation, unmindful of the fact that the culprit was the hotel, not the customer. If that was not enough, I was provided half a breakfast, shabbily packed, that too without even a bottle of water. If this is not unpleasant experience, what else would qualify for the same. Best left to your imagination.

Kindly provide selling Fan in room . Overall very good experience. Breakfast food quality is awesome and staff behaviour is very agile. I will advise to everyone pls stay at least two night . Room cleaning staff behaviour is good & timely provide which is required for me .

Behavior of the staffs and Front office executives is worst. Hotel sanitation is worst. They allot rooms in a separate Building other than the Main Building of the Hotel. Which is badly maintained without any security....
